Children's Book Week 2009

©2010. Mermaid, Phoenix, Pegasus & Bunyip. Characters developed for the Children's Book Week 2009 (Book Safari). Each part of every image can be combined with another, creating new fantastic beings! These were used by the Adelaide City Council Library in workshops for kids.
Los triángulos de cada imagen pueden combinarse entre sí creando otros seres fantásticos! Disfruté muchísmo diseñándolos!

Children's Book Week 2008

©2010. Odilón Redón. Inspired by Symbolism, I tried to design the right character to represent the theme of the Children's Book Week (Fuel your mind), back in August, 2008.
Inspirada en el Simbolismo, traté de diseñar el personaje principal que representaría el tema de La semana del libro infantil en Agosto de 2008.

©2010. Thing. This was the final character to be used during the Children's Book Week as an activity for kids developed by the Adelaide City Council Library in 2008.
El personaje escogido para ser usado en la Semana del Libro Infantil en unas actividades para niños desarrolladas por la biblioteca en el 2008.

©2010. Gato. Made for a kids' activity at the ACC Library. The whiskers are meant to be the clock's hands. Poor cat... time tickles him!

©2010. Calzones. Sketches made for a Writer's Talk at the ACC Library. The guest speaker was Gretel Killeen and she was promoting her book The night my bum dropped (2009). I actually enjoyed drawing the knickers - it was so funny!
Bocetos para una conferencia realizada por Gretel Killeen, escritora invitada por la biblioteca. Luego hice los calzones tamaño gigante! Traté de trabajar muy seriamente pero era inevitable reirme. Otro reto creativo!
