Doco... Documental

Carlos and I are now working on a documentary! We've been developing the project together with Nexus Multicultural Arts Centre, and it's going to be shot during this year and the first half of 2012. It's been such an amazing and rewarding experience! Thanks to the project we've been able to get closer to and learn from Muslim women coming from Iran, Iraq, Afghanistan, Bangladesh and Srilanka! I'll be letting you know about this wonderful opportunity later on -I'd love to keep a record of this creative process in this blog as well... There's so much to learn :)

Carlitos y yo en tren rumbo al centro comunitario en donde grabamos la primera parte del documental.

Ahora estamos trabajando con Carlitos en un documental! Lo estamos realizando en conjunto con Nexus, Multicultural Arts Centre, y se estará grabando hasta mitades del 2012. Es súper interesante porque gracias al proyecto hemos podido acercarnos y conocer las historias de mujeres musulmanas provenientes de Irán, Irak, Afganistán, Bangladesh and Srilanka! Luego les estaré adelantando sobre esta oportunidad increíble, porque me encantaría registrar este proceso también en este blog... mucho aprendizaje :)
